Dinner the other night was one of my favorite comfort foods....chicken parmesan! Breaded chicken cutlets fried in a little oil, topped with roasted garlic tomato sauce and mozzarella....MMM!!! It doesn't get any better than this.

that looks incredibly yummy and comforting! that is a top comfort meal for sure. a big time comfort meal for me is homemade mac & cheese, the kind with a crunchy topping! lasagna and garlic bread too...mmmmm.......
